Abhay Joshi

Abhay Joshi, also known as AJ, is a student pursuing Electronics and Communication Engineering. Nature is what makes us and he could never stand if anyone abused her. So, from a tender age, he was strongly inclined towards the environmental causes as he could connect with them.

He speaks five regional languages; English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Marathi. He is the UNEP TUNZA Eco Generation Regional Ambassador for Asia-Pacific and the Founder and Chairperson of a Non-Profit, (R)Evolution Let’s Change Now !

He has been a part of the XIth Conference of Parties to the Convention of Biological Diversity with WWF-India. Through various organizations like 350.org, IYCN, ARPF, The Earth Organization, GYBN, SAYEN, P3PA, etc he has been working towards Climate Change Mitigation and Wildlife Conservation and Awareness.

His Action Plan to tackle Environmental Abuse-Endangered Species won the highest honour at the discussion organized by Ivy League Academy at Infosys, Hyderabad. Through UNICEF Children As Media Producers (CAMP), his short film “Impact on Young Minds” won first prize.

He is passionate about Sustainable Development, Climate Change Mitigation, Wildlife Conservation through education and awareness campaigns.

Abhay loves to travel, meet new people, network and discover the changes happening around. It’s always responsibility that counts the most for him.
